Return Policy Statement

Thank you for Shopping at Country Supply. We strive to provide you with high-end quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that there might be times where a return or exchange is necessary. This Return Policy statement outlines our guidelines to ensure a swift return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns:
• Our policy covers items purchased directly from Country Supply, online or in-store. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
• Special orders, Customized or Used items are not be eligible for return unless there was an error on our part.
• All Returned items are subject to a 25% Restocking fee.

2. Return Timeframe:
• You may return an item within 30 days from the date of receipt .
• After the return period has passed, we may not be able to process your return.

3. How to Initiate a Return:
• For online and in-store purchases, please call our store and provide our parts department your order/invoice number for assistance. Alternatively you can visit the store with the item and present your receipt.

4. Inspection and Refund:
• For shipped orders please send pictures of the item to return to parts@country-supply.com
• Once we approve the request, you may send the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, in which case a shipping label will be provided.
• The return will undergo a final inspection to verify its condition once received.
• If the item meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
• Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges:
• An account credit will be given for any returns needing to be exchanged
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
